Built for real estate teams

Lock every real estate lead before another agent replies.

Listr AI replies to new property inquiries in under a minute, follows up when leads go quiet, and pings your agent the moment a lead responds — so deals stop slipping through the gap between 5pm and 9am.

The lead-speed problem

Real estate leads go cold fast.

Most paid leads stop being warm after a few minutes. The agents who reply first usually win the conversation. The ones who reply at midnight, on a showing, or never — usually don't.

i.

Leads go cold fast

The window to win a lead is short. By the time a busy agent reads their inbox, the lead has already replied to two other listings.

ii.

Weekends and nights get missed

Most leads arrive outside business hours. If no one replies, the lead moves to another option before sunrise.

iii.

Agents are busy showing homes

You can't reply to leads while you're in a property tour, a closing, or driving between appointments.

iv.

Autoresponders feel robotic

Generic 'Thanks, an agent will reach out shortly' templates get ignored. Real conversations don't.

v.

Follow-up is inconsistent

Manual follow-up depends on memory. Pipelines quietly leak warm leads that just needed one more touch.

vi.

Paid leads are too expensive to waste

Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook, and Google leads aren't cheap. Slow response wastes the cost-per-lead you already paid for.

Slow response can reduce opportunity. Faster, consistent follow-up gives every lead a fair shot at converting — what happens after that depends on your offer, your market, and your team.
Live conversation

Watch how Listr handles a real lead.

A new lead lands in the inbox. Listr reads the message, replies in seconds, holds a brief two-way conversation, then notifies the agent the moment the lead is ready.

  • Replies in under 60 seconds Across SMS, email, and WhatsApp, with the property details already loaded.
  • Sounds human, not scripted Short, warm, conversational. No "Thanks for your interest, an agent will be in touch shortly."
  • Stops the moment the lead replies Your agent gets the handoff with the conversation already started.
  • Logs every message Original and reply, timestamped and ready for compliance review.

How it works

Five steps. Done in seconds.

From the moment a lead arrives to the moment your agent picks up the conversation — the whole flow takes under a minute.

1

Lead comes in

From Zillow, Realtor.com, your website, Facebook, or a manual entry — the lead lands in Listr.

2

Listr replies fast

An AI-generated SMS goes out within seconds, written for the property and the lead's question.

3

Conversation logged

Every inbound and outbound message is captured, timestamped, and stored for review.

4

Follow-up if silent

If the lead doesn't respond, Listr sends a polite follow-up after 24 hours — once, not five times.

5

Agent notified

The moment the lead replies, automation stops and your agent is alerted with full context.

What Listr does

Seven jobs Listr handles for you.

A focused tool, not a giant platform. Listr does these seven things — and does them well.

AI SMS reply

First-touch SMS sent within seconds, tailored to the lead's question and the property.

24-hour follow-up

If a lead doesn't reply, a polite follow-up message goes out after 24 hours — automatically.

Stop-on-reply logic

The moment a lead responds, every automated message stops. No bot spam, no double-touch.

Agent notification

Push, email, or SMS to the assigned agent — with full context — the second the lead replies.

Lead dashboard

Every lead, every status, every conversation in one view. Filter by source, agent, or stage.

Conversation log

Every message, in and out, timestamped and stored — ready for review and compliance audit.

CRM-friendly handoff

Listr sits in front of your CRM. Hand off the warm lead the second they're ready to talk to a human.

Plain talk

What Listr is not.

We'd rather be clear about what we're not, so you know exactly what you're buying.

  • Not a CRM replacement. Listr does not replace Follow Up Boss, KvCORE, or any other CRM.
  • Not a lead generation service. Listr responds to the leads you already pay for.
  • Not a spam tool. Listr requires proper consent and honors opt-outs.
  • Not a magic revenue guarantee. Faster response gives every lead a fair shot.
  • Not legal or compliance advice. Fair housing, RESPA, TCPA rules still apply.
  • Not a replacement for licensed judgment. Real estate decisions belong to licensed agents.
Listr's job is simple: sit in front of your CRM as the AI response layer, so leads never wait, your agents always know, and your follow-up never slips.
Lead sources

Works with the leads you already buy.

Availability of third-party lead sources and integrations depends on account access, platform rules, and technical setup. Some integrations may require additional configuration during onboarding.

Responsible use

Built for responsible real estate follow-up.

Listr AI is designed to assist with response and follow-up. Real estate compliance — fair housing, advertising rules, licensing, brokerage policies, and approved messaging — remains the responsibility of the agent, team, or brokerage using it.

  • Listr AI is designed to assist with lead response and follow-up — not to make real estate decisions or replace licensed judgment.
  • Agents and brokerages remain responsible for fair housing compliance, advertising compliance, licensing rules, brokerage policies, and approved messaging.
  • Listr AI should not be used to discriminate, steer, screen, or treat leads differently based on protected characteristics, in any language.
  • AI messages can be reviewed, edited, or configured to require human approval before they are sent to a lead.
  • Brokerages should review prompts, scripts, disclosures, and workflows before launch — and reapprove them when laws or policies change.
  • SMS, email, WhatsApp, and voice communication may require proper prior consent and accurate opt-out handling per TCPA, CTIA, and applicable laws.
  • Client is responsible for maintaining accurate business, listing, pricing, and availability information at all times.
FAQ

Honest answers to the questions you're already asking.

No marketing dance. The real questions agents and brokers ask before signing up.

No. Listr sits in front of your CRM and handles response, follow-up, and handoff. When the lead is warm and ready, your CRM takes over — exactly as it does today.

No. It helps agents respond faster and know which leads are actually ready to talk. The agent still does the closing, the showings, the negotiations, and every decision that requires real estate judgment.

No. Listr improves response speed and follow-up consistency. It does not guarantee sales, commissions, appointments, closings, or revenue. What happens after the conversation depends on your offer, your market, and your team.

Phase 1 supports simple lead capture and handoff via webhook, email forwarding, or manual entry. Direct CRM integrations (Follow Up Boss, KvCORE, etc.) are on the Phase 1B / Phase 2 roadmap and depend on platform access and customer demand.

English first, Spanish next. The bilingual operator layer is built into the platform — additional languages roll out after the English flow is fully stable in production. Both original and translated messages are logged for fair-housing audit purposes.

Voice follow-up is on the roadmap and will launch after the SMS workflow is stable. Voice introduces additional compliance and quality work that we'd rather get right than rush.

The agent, team, or brokerage remains responsible for real estate compliance — fair housing rules, RESPA, TCPA consent and opt-out handling, advertising rules, disclosures, brokerage policy, and approved messaging. Listr AI provides tools to support compliance, but final responsibility sits with you and your broker.

Solo and Team plans typically launch within a few days. Brokerage onboarding takes longer because of multi-agent routing and approval workflows. Implementation timelines may vary depending on integration access and third-party platform availability.
