Our commitment to Fair Housing
Equal opportunity
Listr AI, operated by Nortra LLC, and all of its users are strongly committed to the principles of equal housing opportunity. We firmly believe in providing a platform where all housing and real estate opportunities are offered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, handicap, familial status, or national origin.
Zero tolerance policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy against discrimination. Any user found to be using our automated communication systems to filter, ignore, or discriminate against leads based on protected classes will have their account immediately suspended or terminated.
The Fair Housing Act
Federal regulations
The Fair Housing Act (Title VIII of the Civil Rights Act of 1968), as amended, makes it illegal to discriminate in the buying, selling, or renting of housing. This includes making housing unavailable or falsely denying that housing is available for inspection, sale, or rental based on protected characteristics.
State and local laws
In addition to federal laws, users of our platform must comply with all applicable state and local fair housing laws, which often expand the list of protected classes to include sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, and source of income.
User responsibilities
System configuration
Users are strictly prohibited from configuring Listr AI sequences or providing instructions to our AI agents that are designed to screen out, discourage, or differently treat prospects based on any protected status.
Reviewing communications
While Listr AI automates initial engagement, you remain the licensed professional responsible for ensuring all interactions with the public meet fair housing guidelines. It is your duty to regularly review the messages sent on your behalf.
Reporting discrimination
To Listr AI
If you encounter or suspect discriminatory behavior by any user of our platform, please report it to us immediately at legal@nortra.io so that we can take appropriate investigative and corrective actions.
To federal authorities
Housing discrimination complaints may be reported to the Office of Fair Housing and Equal Opportunity (FHEO) at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), or by calling the HUD Hotline.
Equal Housing Opportunity
We support the Fair Housing Act and stand against discrimination in all real estate practices.
