AI role in communication
Our system uses advanced language models to interpret incoming inquiries and generate contextual responses automatically. These responses are designed to act as an initial point of contact to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
System capabilities
Automated responses
The AI acts on your behalf to send SMS messages, answer common questions about properties, and guide leads through the initial intake process based on the parameters and templates you configure.
Continuous learning
While our models are pre-trained on vast amounts of data, they also adapt to the context of individual conversations to provide relevant and coherent follow-ups. However, they do not 'learn' personal data across different user accounts.
Limitations and risks
Accuracy and hallucinations
Artificial intelligence systems can occasionally generate incorrect, nonsensical, or legally inaccurate statements (often called 'hallucinations'). It is crucial that you regularly monitor the conversations generated on your behalf.
No human oversight
Messages are sent automatically without human review in real-time. You accept the risk that an automated response may not perfectly handle highly complex, emotionally sensitive, or nuanced inquiries.
Compliance responsibilities
Real estate regulations
You remain fully responsible for ensuring that all communications sent via Listr AI comply with your local, state, and national real estate advertising laws, fair housing regulations, and brokerage policies.
Transparency
Where required by law or local regulations, you must disclose to consumers that they are interacting with an automated AI assistant rather than a live human agent.
