Service description
What Listr AI does
Listr AI is an AI-powered lead response and follow-up platform for real estate agents, teams, and brokerages, operated by Nortra LLC. The platform sends automated SMS responses to new property inquiries, manages follow-up sequences, and notifies agents when leads are ready for a live conversation.
What Listr AI does not do
Listr AI does not generate real estate leads. It responds to leads you receive from your own sources. Listr AI is not a CRM and does not replace your CRM, your brokerage systems, your licensed judgment, or your legal review. Listr AI does not guarantee sales, closings, showings, appointments, commissions, lead quality, lead volume, conversion rates, or revenue.
Account requirements
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to create an account. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to bind your brokerage or company if you are registering on their behalf.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@nortra.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Accurate information
You agree to provide and maintain accurate business, listing, pricing, and availability information at all times. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you configure in the platform.
Permitted use
Authorized uses
You may use Listr AI only for lawful real estate lead response and follow-up in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws. This includes TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), CAN-SPAM, applicable real estate advertising laws, fair housing laws, and your brokerage's policies.
TCPA compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring that all contacts in your Listr AI account have provided the required prior express written consent to receive automated SMS messages. Nortra LLC provides tools to support TCPA compliance but is not responsible for your compliance obligations.
Fair housing
You agree not to use Listr AI to discriminate against any person in violation of the Fair Housing Act or any applicable fair housing law. AI-generated messages may require review to ensure compliance with fair housing requirements.
Prohibited use
You agree not to
Use the platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to contacts who have opted out or requested no contact. Use the platform to harass, threaten, or deceive any person. Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Listr AI platform. Resell or sublicense access to the platform without written authorization from Nortra LLC. Use the platform in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Opt-out handling
You must honor all opt-out and STOP requests immediately. Listr AI processes STOP messages automatically where technically possible, but you remain responsible for ensuring opt-outs are respected across all your systems.
Third-party services
Integrated platforms
Listr AI integrates with third-party services including Twilio (SMS), OpenAI and Anthropic (AI), Stripe (billing), and various CRM and lead platforms. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Meta / Facebook
If you use the Facebook Lead Ads integration, your use is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Policy, and Lead Ads Terms. Nortra LLC is not responsible for Meta's platform decisions, API availability, or policy changes.
Service availability
Nortra LLC is not responsible for outages, API changes, delivery failures, or policy changes caused by third-party platforms. We will endeavor to maintain integrations but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service from any third-party provider.
Billing and payment
Subscriptions
Listr AI is offered on a subscription basis. Billing occurs monthly or annually as selected at sign-up. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Final subscription terms are confirmed in writing before service begins.
No refunds
All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access through the end of the paid period.
Price changes
We may change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Disclaimers
No guarantee of results
Listr AI is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. Nortra LLC makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any business outcome, conversion, commission, appointment, or revenue.
AI-generated content
AI-generated messages may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that is inappropriate for your market or brokerage. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI message templates. Nortra LLC is not responsible for the content of AI-generated messages sent to your leads.
No legal advice
Nothing in these Terms of Service or any content on the Listr AI platform constitutes legal, compliance, or professional advice. Consult qualified counsel for guidance on TCPA compliance, fair housing, and other regulatory requirements.
Limitation of liability
Cap on damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nortra LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Nortra LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exclusion of consequential damages
In no event shall Nortra LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
By you
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@nortra.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
By us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms of Service, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide reasonable notice of service discontinuation where possible.
Effect of termination
Upon termination, your right to use Listr AI ends immediately. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.
Governing law
Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Listr AI dashboard at least 14 days before changes take effect. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
