Instructions on how to request the deletion of your personal data and account information from Listr AI.

How to delete your data
In-App Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from your Listr AI dashboard. Navigate to Settings > Account > Danger Zone, and select "Delete Account". This action is irreversible.
Email Request
Alternatively, you may request data deletion by sending an email to privacy@nortra.io from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with applicable laws.
What data is deleted
Personal Information
When you request account deletion, we remove your profile information, contact details, and authentication credentials from our active databases.
Lead & Communication Data
All synced leads, message histories, SMS logs, and AI conversation contexts are permanently purged from our systems.
Data retention exceptions
Legal & Compliance
We may retain certain data as required by law, such as billing records for tax purposes or logs necessary to comply with TCPA opt-out records and legal obligations. This retained data is isolated and protected.
Backups
Deleted data may remain in our secure encrypted backups for up to 90 days before being completely overwritten and destroyed.
